Remote
evidentiary hearings hold unique challenges.
When is it appropriate to use video conference technology to conduct an
evidentiary proceeding? What is the correct method for creating a record for
appeal? How can judges ensure procedural
fairness for all parties? This webinar will focus on new Supreme Court Rules 45
and 46, which are applicable to civil and criminal hearings, and amended
Supreme Court Rule 241, which is applicable to civil hearings, to answer these
and other timely questions about remote hearings.
