Course Description: This two-part course is follow-up to a previous webinar,
Crossing State Lines: The Intersection of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) and the Interstate Compact of Juveniles (ICJ). This course will provide a more in-depth
review of the Interstate Compact for Juveniles (ICJ), applicable statutes governing the movement of juvenile
offenders across state lines, and discussion of the
roles and responsibilities of juvenile court stakeholders in cases involving
the ICJ.
