Webinars are available 24/7 on demand and are 1-3 hours. Due to the nature of webinars once they are purchased they are non-refundable and expire 90 days after purchase date.

Certificate Courses have specific start and end dates, they are offered various times of the year. These courses give you access to the course on the start date. Each week a new section is released; lecture, required homework assignments, or other materials assigned. Each course requires participants to make at least two post on the course discussion board. post,  Note once a certificate course starts APDT can not issue a refund, all refunds must be made via email at least 24 hours prior to the start of a course.  Webinars expire 90 days after purchase date. How do I get my CEUs Issued?
-Once you have completed a webinar or certificate course and you would like your CEUs issued to CCPDT please email education@apdt.com a copy of your certificate of completion with your CCPDT certificate number. 
-For IAABC e-mail your certificate of completion and a validation code will be emailed to you to submit to IAABC.
-For all other organizations submit your certificate of completion to your organization (ABC, KPA,IACP) for CEUs.
