Webinar:Tough Calls For Trainers (CEU:1)

Description:
This webinar focuses on taking calls about services you don't handle, especially those pertaining to behavior issues, can be overwhelming, draining, and make you feel like you are taking time from things you need to be doing. You will learn how to streamline those calls, empower owners, and handle difficult calls with skill.

Speaker:
Tabitha Davies CPDT-KA, ACDBC, FF-C, CTDI, AKC CGC Eval was born and
raised in a small town in Ontario, Canada, before moving to Southern California in the 90s. With aspirations to become a veterinarian, the 14-year-old Tabitha entered an internship as a veterinary technician at a Palm Desert vet clinic. It was then she realized how many dogs were being euthanized for behavior issues. After bringing up her concerns to the veterinarians she worked for, they encouraged her to pursue her interest in canine behavior. After raiding her local library and reading every book on training and behavior and the evolution of canids, Tabitha graduated high school and continued working as a veterinary tech while training her own dogs and horses. She has been training professionally for more than 17 years and handling behavior cases for the past nine years. Tabitha lives on a farm that includes rescued or adopted goats, horses, chickens, tortoises, turtles, pigs, cats and dogs. Her humans include three wonderful children and her best friend, the man who keeps us all together.
