Lobby Day presents a unique opportunity for PTs, PTAs, and students to engage directly with legislators at the General Assembly, addressing crucial issues and showcasing our unwavering dedication to the field.

We are thrilled to come together as a united front to amplify our legislative agenda. Our strategy involves organizing small groups of constituents to meet with their respective legislators. To ensure a comprehensive experience, students will be paired with a PT or PTA from their home district. Find your legislator here.

Kickstarting at 8 am at the General Assembly Building, Lobby Day promises a day of impactful conversations and meaningful connections. Get acquainted with key figures, including APTA Virginia Lobbyist Ken Hutchison, State Government Affairs expert Geoff Gunther, Federal Affairs Liaison Mark Bouziane, and Government Affairs Chair Thomas Bohanon.
