The R3 movement engages new, current and lapsed hunters, anglers, target shooters and other recreationists through strategic marketing and unique programming. The movement also strives to remove barriers and create opportunities for consumers. Individually, we all make great R3 allies, but we are even more powerful and productive when we work together through strategic and innovative partnerships with NGOs, state agencies, and industry representatives.
