This session will provide an introduction to veterans' pension claims, one of the two major disability benefits programs administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Participants will learn the basics of the VA pension application and process. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they've learned through the use of poll questions and discussion of fact patterns. The session will help participants navigate some of the common challenges that arise in VA pension claims.
