The goal of this course is to provide a high-level summary of what happens during an audit or examination by the Internal Revenue Service or the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, and the different options taxpayers have in responding and appealing to such audits. This course will also cover traps for the unwary and how to apply for penalty abatement.
