Description
This guide is a compilation of key national and international records management standards and best practices available for use in records and information management. It is not all-inclusive. Standards and best practices for specific industry groups, such as the legal profession, real estate, or banking are not included. The standards, guidelines, and best practices that have been included were selected for their universal usefulness for most or all RIM programs. Each standard or guideline includes a brief description, usually the published scope or purpose, when available.
