Though such continuous improvement techniques as Lean and Six Sigma were originally conceived for manufacturing, they do have relevance with RIM. In this session, you will learn how Sanofi uses Lean techniques as a roadmap to measureable results in its day-to-day operations, and to improve processes and relationships with other transversal functions, including legal, IT, security, facilities, and HR.
