The ‘front door’ to your Campground or RV Park is often the business profile that you display on key search sites or such as Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp, or Bing. Each one of these sites shares back with you valuable information about how consumers find your business listing, what they do once they view it, and how you can improve your presence on their site, often at absolutely no cost. In this seminar, we’ll discuss what kind of information you should be including in your online business profiles, why it’s critically important in today’s online ecosystem, and what to do with the data that these sites freely share back with you about your listings and visitors.

Abe Andrzejewski, CEO; AMP - American Marketing & Publishing LLC

Abe is the founder of AMP and likes to say that he’s played most roles at AMP “at least twice” over the past 24 years as AMP as has grown from two employees in 1997 to over 300 employees today. In a marketing industry that has changed incredibly over the past two decades, Abe has had the privilege of growing the business consistently and steadily by delivering great service to clients and by providing practical, effective local marketing solutions. The son and grandson of small business owners, it’s always been Abe’s objective to diminish the increasing complexity, frustration, and expense advertising to other family owned businesses.

Away from work, Abe’s an avid freshwater fisherman and a father of six great kids… and therefore a regular presence on the sidelines of sporting events. He’s a graduate of Northern Illinois University (BA English 1994) and Harvard Law School (J.D. 1997).
Jenna Meyer, American Marketing & Publishing, LLC

Jenna Meyer is the Manager of Digital Services for American Marketing Publishing. She leads a Digital Account Management team in Ohio and her team manages the digital marketing of thousands of independently owned businesses in the United States. Jenna oversees AMP’s digital services training department and has served on the Leadership Development Panel. Jenna majored in Marketing at Bowling Green State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

A Carleton, Michigan native, Jenna grew up spending summer vacations at various campgrounds throughout the country. Jenna and her family still enjoy traveling in their camper, stopping at RV parks and campgrounds in the great state of Michigan. She represented AMP at the ARVC conference this past fall in North Carolina, where she presented on best practices for effective local digital marketing.
Ashley Fawkes, American Marketing & Publishing, LLC

Ashley Fawkes has spent more than a decade working closely with the owners of independent, family owned businesses and with the marketing teams of multi-location enterprises on their local online presence. As the Vice President of Digital Services at American Marketing & Publishing, Ashley oversees a team of 30 account managers who advise nearly 15,000 independent businesses clients on their online listings presence, star rating and reviews, and imagery. The digital agency she leads has been designated a Grow with Google High Impact Contributor and has the distinction of being recognized as a Google Featured Partner for GMB, one of only 71 such companies world-wide.

Away from work, Ashley is the proud and busy mother of three great kids and the wife of a municipal police officer. She’s also a well-read writer on the topic of work life balance in a fulfilling and chaotic world. She is graduate of Augustana College. Ashley is a regular from the stage/podium presenter to internal AMP personnel, ranging in group size from 15 to 300 attendees. She’s also been an occasional speaker the Northern Illinois University College of Business Marketing Department, addressing 300 and 400 level classes and student groups as a guest lecturer.
