Thank you This live web event has ended. Thank you for attending. Contributors Asif Hussein, MD Dr. Asif Hussein is a dermatologist specializing in acne scar management and cutaneous laser surgery. He is medical director at Dr H Consult based at 75 Harley Street in London. He has developed extensive experience in the field of acne scar management, treating over 500 cases a year. He also specializes in the management of acne scarring in darker skin types (FP 4-6) with full ablation laser surgery. He is an Honorary Lecturer at the Blizard Institute at Queen Mary University of London. David Ozog, MD David M. Ozog, MD, currently serves as Chair, Department of Dermatology and holds the C.S. Livingood Chair in Dermatology, at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. He is also an active Mohs surgeon and Director of Cosmetic Dermatology. He received his Undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan Dearborn where he was a James B. Angell 4.0 GPA Scholar, completed post baccalaureate work at Bryn Mawr in Philadelphia and his medical degree from University of Rochester Medical School, Rochester, New York where he was awarded AOA honors society. He completed his dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit where he served as Chief Resident. His Mohs, Cosmetic and Procedural fellowship was with Dr Ron Moy at UCLA Medical Center and Moy-Fincher Medical Group in Beverly Hills, CA. He has published more than 90 peer-reviewed articles, dozens of book chapters, and has given hundreds of lectures nationally and internationally in various facets of procedural dermatology. He co-edited the textbook, “Botulinum Toxins: Cosmetic and Clinical Applications” with Joel Cohen. Dr Ozog has directed many procedural sessions at the American Academy of Dermatology annual meeting, was an active member of the AAD coding committee, and is a currently serving on the AAD Scientific Assembly Committee for a six-year term. He Chaired the Summer 2019 AAD meeting and will Chair the Annual 2022 AAD meeting. He is also an editorial board member of JAAD and an assistant editor of Dermatologic Surgery. His active research interests include cutaneous oncology, scarring prevention and treatment, botulinum toxins, as well as laser delivery for cosmetic and malignant conditions. He has trained more than 70 residents in dermatological surgery and was chosen by the residents as “Teacher of the Year”. Dr Ozog has taught hands on workshops nationally for the American Society for Dermatological Surgery and is co-director of the cadaver lab at Henry Ford. He enjoys biking and has been spending a lot of COVID-19 time with his wife Dawnmarie and their three children. Mark Taylor, MD Dr. Taylor, a board certified dermatologist, is the founder of the Gateway Aesthetic Institute and Laser Center in Salt Lake City, one of the largest dedicated cosmetic laser centers in the world, and is Fellowship Director of an ASDS cosmetic dermatology surgery fellowship program. Dr. Taylor has been a leader in the field of cosmetic laser surgery, pioneering and teaching many new laser techniques to over 4,000 doctors world-wide.
