ASDS Resident Members: $400
ASDS Member Fellows-in-Training: $400 (Fellows-in-training must email education@asds.net prior to registering)
Notes: Curriculum may be advanced for PGY1 residents. Members out of residency and post-residency fellowship programs cannot register for or attend this symposium.

Attendees receiving the scholarship must book their room / stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel, using the ASDS reservation link below.  Attendees can share a room with another attendee and still receive the scholarship.

ASDS has secured a discounted hotel room rate of $239, plus all applicable taxes and fees. Reservation cutoff date is Wednesday, April 3, 2024 or until block is full.

Cancellation Policy and Deadline

Cancellation requests must be received via email to education@asds.net by March 26, 2024. A $100 administrative fee will apply for all cancellations. Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancellations received after this date. No exceptions will be made. ASDS is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. Description
Leading ASDS experts will cover the science, treatment indications, available therapies and techniques for cosmetic procedures performed by dermatologic surgeons. Faculty will present high-yield talks that provide up-to-date overviews of energy-based devices, injectables, chemical peels, body contouring, liposuction, and more. Interactive teaching elements will include live patient demonstrations with instructional moderation, ample Q&A time, small group breakouts and hands-on training. This symposium provides many opportunities for networking with peers, faculty and industry.

Learning Objectives
Following this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Relate the principles of facial symmetry, aesthetics and aging and the effect of available cosmetic procedures and therapies for each.
  • Describe current therapies used by dermatologists for wrinkles, volume loss, skin tightening, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, submental fullness, jowling, the aging neck, and facial and body contouring.
  • Identify facial anatomy danger zones as they pertain to cosmetic procedures and describe techniques to minimize complications as well as manage them.
