The 27th annual ASM Conference for Undergraduate Educators will be offered in a virtual format, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Same great content and activities you have come to expect from ASMCUE but delivered in a social-distancing approved format for 2020!

In this on-demand format, you will be able to view recordings of:
  • Plenary talks (30 minutes) with ASMCUE 2020 invited speakers.
  • Education/pedagogy sessions (30 minutes) to learn evidence-based tips and tools to improve the undergraduate classroom.
  • Poster presentations (15 minutes) with the latest biology education research.
  • Microbrew talks (10 minutes) to get new ideas for your classroom.
  • Exhibit spotlights (20 minutes) with ASMCUE sponsors.
The program features:
  • 12 talks from undergraduate educators about online learning or remote labs.
  • Exhibit spotlight presentations that include ideas to improve students' online learning or remote labs.
  • 6 talks that highlight diversity, equity, and inclusion in the biology classroom.
  • Evidence-based strategies from undergraduate educators for implementing recommendations from Vision and Change (2011) and the ASM Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Microbiology (2012).

Registration Details
  • Registration here will allow you to access a package containing all the RECORDINGS for ASMCUE Virtual. This does not include the informal networking hours.
  • Access to these materials begins on Saturday, July 11 (2 days after live ASMCUE Virtual)
  • Access to these materials expires December 31, 2020.
  • You will not be able to download the video recordings.
  • All sales final. No refunds will be issued.
  • Upon registration, you will receive 2 confirmation emails: 1. purchase receipt from sender support@blueskyelearn.com, 2. event details from sender asmcue@asmusa.org. Check spam folder if they did not arrive.
