ASMCUE Travel Awardee discussions

This is only for individuals who were granted a Travel Award to 2023 ASM Conference for Undergraduate Educators.

One of the requirements of accepting the Travel Award is that awardees would participate in 3 online events during 2024.

We will host informal chats in Zoom with the cohort of ASMCUE awardees.

We will offer two opportunities for each online event. Please register for one discussion for each pair below.

  1. Either Wednesday Feb. 28 at 3 PM ET OR Friday March 1 at 2 PM ET
  2. Either Wednesday April 3 at 1 PM ET OR Friday April 5 at 11 AM ET
  3. Either Tuesday May 7 at 2 PM ET OR Thursday May 9 at Noon ET
If these time pairs don't work for you, email Rachel and we'll work to find a solution.

Steps for registration:
  • Add this overarching "course" to your cart and checkout (it's free!). You should receive an email confirmation indicating your registration - but you aren't actually enrolled in any zoom sessions yet.
  • Navigate back to the "course" after checkout and "register" for the 3 Zoom Meeting sessions. Do this by clicking on the 3 boxes for the live event series (scroll down!) and selecting one of the two options for a live event. You will choose one session for each pair (you will see 3 pairs below).
  • After registering for each Zoom Meeting, there will be a green flag on the right of the live event boxes at the bottom of this screen AND you will receive a confirmation email with calendar invite and zoom link immediately. Check spam if did not arrive.
