This session will address health equity issues, disparities, and future trends, including the current pandemic, workforce diversity, and pipeline needs, in radiology and beyond.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will gain strategies to:
- Understand and define health equity and health disparities.
-Understand how workforce diversity and pipeline needs in the U.S. can promote equity and mitigate disparities.
-Explore future trends in the U.S.
-Identify opportunities for radiologists through NIH grants, research, education and advocacy.
