-Recognize mentor and mentee expectations in promoting equity in professional development.
-Develop strategies for effective mentor- mentee relationship building within individuals of diverse identities.
-Encourage and support participation of underrepresented groups in neuroradiological research.
-Foster inclusive educational environments that support the success of all students.
