Caleb Fecker

Caleb entered the construction and fabrication industries immediately after high school, gaining valuable experience 'on the shop floor' as a welder and fabricator. He entered the world of NDT by achieving the AWS CWI certification and, through reciprocity, the ASNT VT Level 2 certification. From that point on, he has worked in the VT field in a number of different industries and has had the opportunity to support ASNT by participating in the local section in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Working toward and gaining his Professional NDT Level 3, ASNT ACCP Level 3, and AWS SCWI certifications prepared and enabled him to take on the responsibilities of the method responsible level 3 for an organization in the biopharmaceutical and semiconductor industries where the technical application of the VT method, both direct and remote, is critical. He enjoys the varied applications and challenges presented on a daily basis. In this role, Caleb has been able to participate on relevant committees for codes and standards with both AWS and ASME, as well as share his experience through teaching opportunities with local colleges and with ASNT.
