Information Technology SIG: Reimagining the Traditional RFP Process (Jan 2022)

Thank you

This live web event has ended. Thank you for attending.

Description

You just completed a system(s) overhaul and things don’t seem to be going so well. Staff seem to think things are better for them, but still members are complaining that processes are too hard, finding content is too difficult, registrations take too long, etc. You followed a traditional RFP process….what went wrong? In this session, we will examine the traditional RFP process, where there may be “blind spots” in the process, and what we might do differently to achieve different results.
