FREE: Technologies to Support Mental Health

Overview
This session will introduce some of the technologies that can help people manage their own mental health. Increasingly mobile apps on phones and tablets are helping people cope with stress and anxiety, during the current crisis the range of options offer support and assistance as and when it is most needed. Many of these Apps are are free or low cost and are easily available for Apple and Android devices.
