VE-TWA-10: Conducting Virtual Ergonomic Assessments for One's Home Office

Overview

Ernst & Young (EY) consists of 330,000 people in 150 countries, with 50,000 located in the US. Upon transitioning to a ‘work from home’ strategy due to COVID-19, ergonomically efficient setups were not at the forefront of our thoughts. As days turned into weeks (and then months), many individuals in the US reported pain associated with makeshift desks and workspaces. This presentation concentrates on how EY in the US assisted these individuals through virtual ergonomic analyses and includes success stories, as well as lessons learned.
