Dr. Jeanine Butler is the primary consultant and owner of B4Learning Educational Consulting and has held several leadership positions across Washington state as an Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, Lead Principal, Assistant Superintendent of Learning and Teaching, as well as a Continuous Improvement partner for OSPI. Jeanine has a specific passion for data and data systems. she has been a co-facilitator of the AWSP Data Literate School leader series.

Gina is joining AWSP the summer of 2018. She has served in education the past 27 years as a classroom teacher, Middle School Assistant and Lead Principal, as well as an Elementary Principal in the Walla Walla School District.
