Description

Buildings are frequently turned over late, incomplete and with a long list of defects. If a building is not tested and optimized, the target energy and sustainability performance will not be realized. The building commissioning process can impact building quality at delivery and impact performance in operation.

In this presentation we will discuss 3 often overlooked “killer concepts” for Cx that can make a real difference:

1. Design Phase Commissioning
2. KPIs
3. Software Tools

Utilizing these 3 Cx concepts can, in our opinion, deliver 80% of the value from commissioning for 20% of the commissioning fee.
