Commissioning" standards nationwide, which are the culmination of research
and application of industry-leading practices to leverage analytics in a new
construction context to provide a higher quality project efficiently.
This session will utilize real-world examples and real-time data to review the successes and areas for improvement of applying this standard to a medical office building portfolio. In addition, the speakers will use a project retrospective to discuss how the commissioning activities of virtual bench testing, early analytics deployment, automated functional testing, and key performance indicator verification before substantial completion helped the project team's goals.
