This session will discuss and review what it takes for an owner to implement an Ongoing Commissioning (OCx) program and how the CxP can support the owner. Owners are typically bound to the constraints and limitations of their existing systems, whether it be a part of a single building or their overall portfolio. One trend in the industry is digital twins. Understanding how they can help facilitate digital commissioning of new facilities and OCx of existing buildings.

So what does an owner have to consider in choosing a program, a provider, and relevant KPIs? Is this program driven by cost reduction or energy efficiency? Will their IT department allow for full integration? Cloud or local server base? These are all questions the owner has to sort out when all they really want is to better their facilities.
