12.05.18 | A Daylighting Review for Commissioning Providers

The purpose of daylighting controls is to create consistent lighting in a variety of zones and work areas of commercial buildings. This webinar is a comprehensive approach to the purpose and use of daylighting and will present a discussion of product/system types, open-closed-dual loop design, operation, and commissioning. The speaker will touch on codes, standards and design preferences that drive daylighting for occupant comfort and safety. He will define and identify different daylighting controls systems, design principles and issues, and spatial configurations and installation considerations. He will describe how to prepare specifications for contractors and commission daylighting systems, as well as what, how, and when to calibrate systems.
