Description

What people say they do or want is often very different than what they actually do. The collection of behavioral and interaction data for digital experiences and physical events can bring forward real-time and historical intelligence, enable fruitful investments and create opportunities to decrease expenses.

All associations need to position competitively, increase relevance and generate revenue in a dynamic digital driven marketplace where conferences and conventions are a major source of association revenue generation and value delivery.

Learn how one association built the data collection bridge and infrastructure between their physical events and digital offerings using beacon tracking, audience response, marketing automation, and more to create insights and intelligence.

This webinar will bring forward the approaches and technologies leveraged to create the “data machine”, lessons learned and best practices and demonstrate the action-oriented outcomes.

Gain the insight you need to become more data oriented.
