    Kara Adams is a Certified Association Executive and 2016 Forty Under 40® awardee. Her professional focus is on programmatic growth and transformation via effective project management, effective system training and implementation, streamlining processes and maximizing user engagement.

    Kara has co-authored and contributed to articles in FORUM magazine, collaborated as a webcast presenter, participated on panel discussions at Association Forum's Holiday Showcase and DigitalNOW conferences, and presented "You’ve Got This! 10 Steps from Zero to eLearning Hero" at ASAE's 2017 Annual Meeting.

    Currently based in Chicago but originally from "out west", Kara has a diverse background in fundraising for higher education, at-risk youth program development and animal behavior and training. Kara enjoys sharing restaurant recommendations with friends visiting Chicago, having picnics with her dogs and aspires to someday own an Airstream trailer to travel the country fly-fishing.
