Vision:
To provide high quality education to Canadian emergency physicians and trainees
Mission:
CAEP’s CPD committee oversees the development of robust and timely education to Canadian physicians and trainees in the specialty of emergency medicine, specifically:

• Provides education in various formats including in-person courses and conferences, online courses and webinars, and podcasts
• Develops online education programs that are accessible both live and on demand including webinars, online courses and virtual Grand Rounds
• Incorporates diverse perspectives on our planning committees through representation from our Academic Section, Rural and Small Urban Section and EDI taskforce
• Integrates best evidence as outlined by our EM practice committees or from other reliable sources of primary literature, systematic reviews or clinical practice guidelines
