Although genetic factors contribute to brain health associated with aging, for the average individual non-genetic factors play a more important role. In this presentation, I will review the scientific evidence showing that mental and physical exercise, stress management and nutrition can reduce the risk for cognitive decline. I will also demonstrate how memory methods can compensate for age-related memory loss.
