    Kim D. Fetrow is a partner of the law firm of Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, a firm which is devoted entirely to the practice of trust and estate related law. Kim's practice includes all aspects of estate, guardianship and trust planning and administration, particularly in the area of estate planning for individuals with disabilities, including special needs trusts. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer," is listed in the Best Lawyers of America, and is a frequent lecturer on trust and estate related topics. Kim joins us today from her suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.
