Description
Research continues to find that physicians across all ages,
genders, and specialties report feeling burned out at work. Furthermore,
job-related burnout is not unique to physicians and can afflict any individual
in the practice, including practice managers and office administrators. In this free
CME* webinar presented by CAP, burnout
expert Dr. Clark Gaither will identify the scope, costs, hallmarks,
intervention strategies, and viable remedies to detect and mitigate job-related
burnout. Attendees will leave having learned strategies they can implement to
increase their engagement and enhance their well-being in the workplace. The
webinar will be followed by audience Q&A.
