Healthcare workers experience the highest rates of injuries caused by workplace violence and are five times as likely to get injured at work than workers overall.* As threats increase, now is a good time to develop a workplace violence prevention program in your practice. Register to attend CAP’s free webinar, in which CAP’s team of risk management and patient safety specialists will cover potential workplace violence scenarios and strategies for avoiding and preparing for dangerous scenarios that can range from verbal attacks to physical assaults, or worse.

Brad also develops and provides CME presentations on a variety of risk management topics with the goal of arming participants with knowledge and strategies to avoid liability pitfalls, reduce liability exposure, minimize claims, and improve patient safety and outcomes. Brad received his BA degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and his Masters (MHA) from the Medical College of Virginia.

  • Bryan Dildy

    Bryan Dildy is a Senior Risk Management & Patient Safety Specialist with CAP. He previously served as Director of Quality/Risk Management at Kindred Hospital in Gardena, where he was the risk management and quality expert for the administrative team, department managers, and medical staff. Prior to that, he was a Risk Manager at Dignity Health in Long Beach, and Assistant Director of Risk Management at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. John's University in Queens and a Master of Public Administration from Penn State.

  • Robert Parhizgar, MS, MBA, MD

    Dr. Parhizgar is a Senior Risk Management & Patient Safety Specialist with CAP. He earned his BS from Texas A&M University and his Masters in Health Service Research Management from Texas Tech Health Science Center, then received his MD/MBA at Texas Tech Health Science Center and Texas Tech University, respectively. Following a General Surgery Residency at UCSF, he changed career path and went into medical management, holding the role of Senior Practice Administrator at Apollo Medical since 2011 prior to his arrival at CAP.
