Join us for a Town Hall meeting with members of the CAS Board of Directors. The 90-minute session will cover topics including the year 1 goals of the 2021-2023 CAS Strategic Plan, the New Volunteer-Staff Framework, and CAS’s International Strategy. The session is designed to be interactive and attendees are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback during the Town Hall. We invite you to join the conversation and share your views with CAS leadership. If you have a specific issue you would like to see addressed, please send an email to Tamar Gertner at Tgertner@casact.org. 

This session will be broadcast live as a webinar, is offered at no charge, and does require advance registration.

  • Jessica Leong

    Jessica Leong is the CEO of Octagram, a consultancy that brings together a deep knowledge of commercial insurance and data analytics to drive results. Before starting Octagram, Jessica led the Data & Analytics team at Zurich North America and had success in using data and analytics to reduce loss ratios, reduce expenses and grow premium. Prior to Zurich, Jessica had roles at Guy Carpenter, Milliman and Willis Towers Watson. From 2020–2021, Jessica was very proud to be the President of the Casualty Actuarial Society. 

  • Kathy Antonello

    Katherine H. Antonello has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Actuary at Employers Holdings, Inc. since August 2019. Prior to that, Kathy was chief actuary of NCCI and led the Actuarial and Economic Services division. Her division contributed to maintaining a healthy workers compensation system through the design and delivery of all actuarial and economic work at NCCI, including rate/loss cost filings, legislative analyses, compilation and analysis of insurance industry results, residual market reserving, actuarial products, analytics, and research. She earned her BS in mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College.

    She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

  • Kendra Felisky

    Kendra Felisky has served as Senior Actuary & Chief Operating Officer at Marcuson Consulting Ltd. since 2018. Prior to that, Kendra was Chief Risk Officer at Travelers Europe. She has experience developing and implementing risk management strategies, overseeing all Enterprise Risk Management activities, and regularly liaising with regulatory bodies. She earned her BA in applied mathematics with quantum physics from the University of California-Berkeley.

    She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, Affiliate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary, and a member of the Worshipful Company of Actuaries. Kendra has served as CAS Vice President – International since 2019.

  • Victor Carter-Bey

    Victor Carter-Bey, DM, MBA, serves as chief executive officer of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS), where he works alongside the CAS Board of Directors to implement strategic initiatives that add professional value and enhance the education of CAS’s 9,000 members.

    Prior to this role, Carter-Bey served as director of certification at the Project Management Institute (PMI), where he oversaw the development and implementation of product growth and workforce development strategies to enhance member value and engagement for over 1,000,000 global professionals in the project management profession.

    Carter-Bey has a Doctor of Management from University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, Maryland and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business in New York City. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
