Three experienced actuaries will present several case studies that address issues that have been faced by practicing actuaries. Issues may include such topics as reserve ranges, when an actuary is practicing as an actuary, what standards apply in jurisdictions that do not have their own standards, and the application of Precept 1 to various ethical situations.

Upon completion of the webinar, participants should have a much greater sensitivity to the application of various precepts of the Code of Conduct to a variety of situations as well as an appreciation as to how a change in one or two facts of a case may change the applicability of certain precepts.
