Fortunately, we have people in the world like Dr. Chantrise Sims Holliman to help us find strength, hope and resiliency within ourselves...to help ourselves so we can help others. Dr. Holliman is a former educator who learned to dig deep and thrive as a motivational speaker after coding nine times due to a heart attack and becoming a bilateral amputee.

  • Identify practical steps for accomplishing each of the seven ways
  • Begin to map out a plan to build resilience within themselves
