Technology Trends Case Managers Need to Understand

In the current healthcare environment, technology is becoming more essential to the assessment and care of clients to obtain optimal outcomes. This session provides an overview of technology trends that case managers need to understand and embrace in order to leverage new tools to engage with clients.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe new technologies.
  • Discuss how they are being leveraged to manage the whole person across the care and social continuum.
  • Identify when new technologies will benefit clients within their practice.
