Holistic Stress Reduction and Burnout Prevention

Professional Case Management practice has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Laws have in some cases changed, ethical mandates remain binding, and standards and scope of practice continue to frame how we function as case managers. This session will review the good, bad, and ugly of practice changes with an eye to the future.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify the direct connection between social determinant of health exposures and physical and behavioral outcomes.
  • Review a new framework for understanding poverty as an environmental condition and not a character flaw.
  • Apply this knowledge and framework to their case management practice.
