Think Again: Why “we’ve always done it that way” doesn’t work anymore

Health care is changing, and those changes exploded because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this session, the presenter will take us on a journey into the history of case management, discuss the current health care environment changes and trends that will impact the future of case management, and illuminate why “we’ve always done it this way” is no longer valid. Be challenged to rethink your practice and become an architect of change in the case management of the future.
