In this two-webinar series, with the first webinar on August 13, members of the Staffing and Standard Work Subcommittee of the CHA Pastoral Care Advisory Committee will share results of research and beta testing work done as a collaboration between seven CHA member systems. The culmination of this work is a tool, offered free to CHA member organizations, to assist in assessing staffing needs for the provision of basic spiritual care services in acute care settings.
