Many employers have initiated or are considering health and wellness programs for their employees. These programs seek to improve employee health, decrease workplace absences, increase productivity, improve morale and reduce health insurance costs. While well-intentioned and beneficial for both employees and employers in many respects, these programs are not without ethical concerns. This webinar is intended to explore some of the benefits and concerns of such programs.
