This course addresses the legal footing of conscience rights in America and the West, science related to sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI), intertwined and conflicting philosophies and ideologies, and what this means to medical professionals as they interact with their patients.

  • Cite and discuss scientific literature findings regarding the nature of sexual orientation and gender identity.
