Mentors are instrumental in the professional and personal growth of healthcare professionals. However, there is often reluctance to serve as a mentor due to a variety of perceived barriers. Participants will be encouraged and empowered to engage in mentoring relationships that deliver a rewarding experience for both mentor and mentee.
