We frequently hear that today’s woman can have it all. However, there is a high rate of burnout in the medical profession. Concerns regarding work productivity, providing quality patient care and family responsibilities can easily overwhelm our daily schedules. There are only 24 hours in a day. This lecture reviews ways of identifying professional burnout and why “down time” is so important. We will also discuss how to say “no” (and yes) so we can be at our best!
