Team conflict is inevitable and should be expected. Team conflicts arise when there are disagreements over the goals, methods or needs of the team, and if not resolved, can affect productivity and overall morale. This lecture will offer team leaders strategies to avoid team conflict, but also help equip the team leader to deal with conflict effectively.
