Sorting Through Polarization and the Two Kinds of Evangelicalism in the Public Square
No CE Credit for this Course
As evangelical Christians enter the public square, there are at least two key approaches present, and we are not talking about conservatives versus progressives. There is a theological evangelicalism and a political evangelicalism to consider. This has brought public tension into the church in ways pastors say is unprecedented in their lifetime.
Drs. Jeff Barrows and Darrell Bock alongside CMDA's Director of State Public Policy, Nicole Hayes, MPA will explore what is going on, why and how to think about it biblically and how and why God has the church in His plans for such a reality as ours is. We also will consider how this impacts the pastoral dimensions of medical practice.
