Attendees will explore ways to Reconnect with fellow case managers to build supportive professional relationships, exchange innovative ideas, and strengthen their network. Together, we'll Reignite the passion that inspired them to enter this profession and leave empowered to Rise as resilient leaders, advocates, and changemakers who continue to transform lives and advance the future of case management.
