In order to move forward, it is important to look back at the past, at the issues and challenges of our current healthcare environment. Healthcare delivery, and with it case management interventions, changed in the Spring of 2020. Presenters will take you on a journey to the current state of case management practice, and offer strategies to approach your practice with resilience and confidence. Real-life stories of life in the new Frontier and how these experiences can move us to Tomorrow will be presented, with a look at the issues and challenges that were revealed and/or magnified in 2020.

OBJECTIVES:

1. Recognize the relationship of governmental policy and actions to the new healthcare landscape.
2. Examine the impact of necessary healthcare delivery changes on case management practice.
3. Support the changes to becoming a more resilient, responsive case management workforce
