Master and Special Servicers, Compensation and Standards

An overview of the Master Servicer will kick off this second of three on-demand videos. Faculty will discuss the overall role of the Master Servicer (the first line of defense from the credit side and the party that the borrower is likely to interact with the most). Then, the discussion will move into the role of the Special Servicer (who work maximize recovery on a defaulted loan). Servicer compensation will be reviewed for primary, master, and special servicers.
