  • Robert Grenda, Senior Director, CMBS Surveillance Group, Kroll Bond Rating Agency

    Robert Grendais a Senior Director in the CMBS Surveillance Group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA). Prior to joining KBRA, Rob was a senior vice president at Morningstar Credit Ratings (now DBRS Morningstar), where he led the new issue team for several years. Previous to working at Morningstar, Rob held various roles at Realpoint LLC, including as a surveillance team manager and as head of the Private Client Services Group. Rob holds a B.S. in government from Colby College and an M.A. in biological anthropology from Northern Illinois University.

  • Justin Peterson, Vice President, Goldman Sachs

    Justin Peterson is a Vice President on the CMBS Securitization team in the Real Estate Financing Group. He joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 2013 and has been a member of the Real Estate Financing Group since 2015. He currently manages new issue securitizations across Conduit, SASB and Agented transactions. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Justin worked at Ernst & Young in their Structured Finance practice, focusing on CMBS. Justin graduated from the University of Richmond in 2011.

  • Brigid M. Mattingly, Managing Director, Wells Fargo Corporate and Investment Banking

    Brigid Mattingly is a Managing Director in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Securitization and Capital Markets division of Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking. Ms. Mattingly is a product specialist for CMBS marketing and distribution. She is responsible for managing the bank’s CMBS risk retention holdings, and manages the bank’s securitization business.

    Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Mattingly worked for three years with the Structured Finance group at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company, responsible for the rating of new CMBS issuances. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Ms. Mattingly was with Citicorp Real Estate Group where she was responsible for CMBS due diligence. She began her career at Cushman and Wakefield, working in both the Brokerage Services and Valuation Services divisions.

    Ms. Mattingly has a BS degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Committee and served on their Education Committee. Ms. Mattingly is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Marillac St. Vincent Family Services, a center that serves the needs of under privileged children in Chicago.
